Meet The Doctors

Dr. Skitco

Dr. Michelle Skitco received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, one of the most prestigious chiropractic colleges in the country, in April of 1992.Dr. Skitco specializes in family practice and spinal decompression, spinal correction using the Pettibon techniques as well as non-force and gentle techniques . She has owned and operated Harbour Health Center since 2000 and prior to that she was an associate doctor at the practice. Dr. Skitco resides in Huntington Beach with her husband and three children. Being a mother has given her great prospective and a keen understanding on treating kids from infancy to adolescent. Her interest in running and overall fitness also adds to the quality of care that she passes on to her patients when she helps them achieve a pain-free and healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Hinrichs

Dr. Kevin Hinrichs is a 1999 graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He has received additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries. Dr. Hinrichs has also received post-graduate training in imaging and the Pettibon technique.

Dr. Hinrichs was born and raised in North Orange County where he currently resides with his wife and daughter. He provided eight years of honorable service in the U.S. Army. During the course of his enlistment, he worked as an intelligence analyst, earning several awards and letters of commendation for the performance of various tasks. His hobbies and joys include fishing, golf, and being outdoors with his family.

Dr. Salo

Dr. Jeffrey Salo received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1997.  Dr. Salo was born and raised in Southern California and resides in Huntington and has 3 grown adult children and 3 grandchildren.  Dr. Salo was in private practice for 25 years before joining the wonderful team at Harbour Health Center.  Dr. Salo has been trained in multiple techniques such as diversified, drop table and activator to mention a few.  Chiropractic treatment is focused on the body’s ability to self-heal and regulate at the highest level of optimum health. This includes nutrition and exercise as well regular visits to Dr. Salo for gentle manipulation. Dr. Salo treats patients of all ages from infants to older adults.  His interests are golfing, fishing, bike riding and hiking.

Dr. Morioka

Dr Morioka has been providing family chiropractic care since 2004. He uses diversified technique and other applications to address various patient conditions.  He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2003.  As a student, he was selected to intern at the Naval Hospital in Camp Pendleton to provide care to active-duty military personnel. Dr Morioka is also an avid runner which adds in the care of his recreational endurance athletes. As a runner, he hosts a running group called Shake A Leg O.C. Runners. It brings people together to participate in weekly runs and outdoor exercise.  Since 2013, Dr Morioka has volunteered as team Chiropractor for the Huntington Beach Police Running Team.  They participate every year in the annual “Baker to Vegas” relay race.
